Sounds pretty easy, right? Cut the watermelon in adorable and fun shapes to make it more attractive to your kids, it will be a perfect moisturizing meal for your kids, especially in this hot weather.

We all know how important nuts are with their essential nutrients like zinc, iron, and magnesium. A mixture of whole-grain nuts, popcorn, and sweet potato chips makes for a complete package of nutrients.
