- 7-8 dates without seed
- 2-3 dry figs
- Half a cup of walnuts
- Half a cup of almonds
- Hot water
- 2 and a half cups of milk
- Honey
How to Prepare
- Soak the dry fruits in hot water for half an hour, each in a separate cup.
- After 30 minutes, remove all dry fruits from the water and peel the almonds.
- Now put the dried fruits in a blender and add a tablespoon of honey to it.
- Add half a cup of cold milk in the blender and mix. It will take some time.
- Now add the rest of the milk and mix again.
- After mixing, put it in a serving cup and enjoy the great taste!
Cheese And Corn Balls
This easy cheese and corn balls Ramadan recipe is the perfect choice for Iftar.
Ingredients
- 1 large boiled potato
- Boiled corn – 2 tbsp
- Pepper – 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Mozzarella cheese – half a cup
- Hot pepper flakes – ½ tablespoon
- Basil – ½ small spoon
- Black pepper – ½ tablespoon
- Salt – as much as needed
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- oil
- Refined flour – 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs
How to Prepare
- Put all ingredients in a bowl except for the refined flour and mix well.
- Put some oil on your hands.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and make it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Now take the refined flour and water to make a thin dough from it.
- Dip the balls in a thin dough of refined flour and bread crumbs.
- Put it in the fridge for the remaining 30 minutes.
- Put the balls in the oil and fry them until brown.
- Take them out then serve with ketchup.
Afghan Salad
Afghan salad is not just an easy-to-make recipe, but also a healthy one. You can make this salad for Iftar.
Ingredients
- Three tomatoes
- Small cucumber
- 1 onion
- Coriander – half a cup freshly chopped
- Lemon juice – 3 tablespoons
- Salt – as much as needed
How to Prepare
- Peel and chop all the vegetables.
- Mix vegetables all together.
- Pour lemon juice and put salt.
- Now, put it in the fridge for the remaining hour.
- Garnish with coriander and serve it.
Shami Kebabs

Ingredients
- Water – 4 cups
- Ground beef – 1 kg
- Split gram (chana dal) – 250g
- 1 medium onion
- 12 to 15 red hot peppers

- 3 black cardamoms

- Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper – 8 to 10
- Garlic and ginger paste – 2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- 4-5 green hot pepper
- Mint – half a cup
- Fresh coriander – half a cup
- Eggs – 2 to 3
- Oil
How to Prepare
- Add water, beef, onion, red hot pepper, cinnamon stick, black cardamoms, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds and cumin seeds in a saucepan or pressure cooker.
- Wait for it to boil.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes on low heat.
- If you are using a pressure cooker, cover it for 10 minutes.
- Cook until the water evaporates and leave to cool.
- Add chili, mint, and green coriander, shave in a grinder to make a coarse paste.
- Add the mixture of ground meat and eggs.
- Now grind it in a food processor.
- After grinding the filling, make kebabs from the mixture by hand.
- Heat the oil in a kebab / pie pan.
- Serve the Shami Kebab with ketchup for Iftar.
Herbal Roast Chicken
Perfect protein with fats. Roast chicken will be the perfect breakfast dish.
Ingredients
- 150g yogurt
- Chicken breast (cut in half) – 500g
- Rosemary – 1 tbsp
- Thyme – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black pepper (ground) – 2 tsp
- Garlic cloves (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Oregano – 1 tbsp
- Ground red pepper – 1 tbsp
- Potatoes (steamed julienne chunks)
- Peas (steam)
- Carrots (steamed julienne chunks)
- Black pepper – 1 tbsp
How to Prepare
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least two hours.
- Roast chicken over medium heat (about 6 minutes per side).
- Serve with potato salad and roasted corn or any favorite side dishes.
- Grill vegetables in a roasting pan by adding olive oil, salt and black pepper.
